Best McDonald's I know. Burgers are great, only the rolls are a bit dry. But you can live with that. Employees are always very friendly.

Mask requirement but super friendly staff

Food ok. Not particularly but ok. Every now and then you get a cold citizen, or you forget to eat. You could almost think that it is a rip off because something is missing from almost every order! I would rather recommend Burger King or a kebab shop in general, because it's really not worth buying something here!

Something was missing from almost every one of our orders. You can also tell from the outside that the employees are not communicating properly with each other.

The food always tastes the same. My beloved Christmas socks were no longer there. Then I wanted an alpaca. I wanted to sacrifice it to the MC Donald's gods in the flickering candlelight. But unfortunately it is not possible to get an alpaca instead of non-existent socks. Customer service is no longer what it used to be. The MC Donalds gods will rage because I couldn't offer you an offering. And now I sit on my black candles which I would have used for the ritual. Thank you rectum for the broiler chicken

With 3 orders in a row at the drive in, dressings, sauces and even a McWrap were missing If you don't check in directly at the drive-in, you’re straight out of a mess ....

Long waiting times, unfriendly staff. Orders on the monitors are now only possible to take away !? Only one cash register was open for this. Great idea for lunchtime. Very cumbersome hygiene concept! Too bad McDonald ...

Was sent through to the next counter in spite of the online order not working, where the employee knew nothing of his luck. The subsequent processing was time-consuming but problem-free.

They have very good food the order is made through the intercom and you are served very quickly I am very satisfied

I think I have fallen for the most nasty mcdo in the world. Really rude and nothing crazy ... from his clients. I advise you to find another place to eat at the risk of having a bad time.

Macces and Kitzingen stop ?‍♂️ Always full, always busy, so some things fall by the wayside. Employees are trying very hard, but a colleague more would not hurt.

A large spacious and clean Mc Donalds. There is everything there is with others. The order can be placed via the ordering tool at the terminal or in the traditional way at the cash register. The food was quick and delicious and was served right to the table. The service was very good. I felt very professionally served.
